Play the Mad Cow disease official scenario and choose the following genes ATP Boost, Genetic Mimic, Native Biome, Extremophile & Sympto-Stasis.
This is probably the toughest scenario to date so it might take a few/lot of attempts before the RNG is in your favor! You need to score 65,000 points and infecting the 5 problematic islands quick enough to get 3 biohazards is a big challenge even on casual!
